Matsuri offers a wide selection of fresh, creative Japanese dishes: sushi, maki, California rolls, Dragon rolls, chirashi, sashimi, tataki, skewers, gyoza, spring rolls, sashizza, onigiri, and Japanese desserts (mochi, daifuku, cheesecake). The menu changes every season with new creations.
At Matsuri, the kaiten principle is simple and fun: fresh plates travel past continuously on a conveyor belt and you freely pick whatever takes your fancy as the meal goes on. Each plate colour corresponds to a price (from €3.50 to €9.00 in France). Set menus are available: Lunch Menu (3 plates + miso soup + bowl of rice), Evening Menu (5 plates + miso soup + bowl of rice) and Kids Menu (2 plates + bowl of rice + a gift).
Matsuri stands out for its unique kaiten concept (sushi conveyor belt), for the freshness guaranteed by daily deliveries, and for 40 years of expertise in accessible, convivial Japanese cuisine. With around twenty restaurants, Matsuri is the kaiten sushi specialist in France.

Matsuri guarantees the freshness of its products through daily deliveries of ultra-fresh ingredients, a quality check every day and sushi prepared on site, live in front of customers, for impeccable freshness and quality.
Matsuri offers online ordering with home delivery within a 5 km radius, directly through its order.matsuri.fr platform. Delivery charges apply. To order with no extra charge, choose click & collect (takeaway order).

No, ANCV holiday vouchers (chèques vacances) are not accepted at Matsuri restaurants. Payment is by bank card, contactless or Tickets Restaurant meal vouchers, with some restaurants operating cashless (no cash).
