On rue de Saint-Cyr, the terrace takes up the pavement under a white awning: beige tables and chairs, planters of bamboo and ornamental grasses, and the letters MATSURI in relief above the windows. Inside, the belt runs straight along the room, lined with pale wood tables and folding chairs with transparent seats. Walls and ceiling are clad in slats, punctuated by kanji in neon, a framed yellow panel and cylindrical pendants. In one corner sits Matsu Café, its name in pink letters on the slats, above a blue counter and a pastry display case.
