Skylight, ceiling ideograms and take away at Courcelles
The decor is understated, in cream and dark wood tones. A wide sloping skylight lights the room, cut into a charcoal ceiling where large white ideograms stand out in relief. The kaiten counter follows a curve along the windows, which open onto greenery, with cream stools on a central pedestal; a large central table seats groups, under Japanese theatre masks hung on dark panelling. Shelves gather art books, daruma and items from a Japanese convenience store, and an arcade cabinet is a permanent fixture on a wooden shelf. Near the entrance, a take away corner brings together an ordering terminal and a refrigerated drinks cabinet.

Each plate colour corresponds to a price (from €3.50 to €9.00 in France). There are three set menus: the Lunch Menu (3 plates + miso soup + bowl of rice), the Evening Menu (5 plates + miso soup + bowl of rice) and the Kids Menu (2 plates + bowl of rice + a gift).
