Here the room unfolds lengthwise: a pale wood surface follows the conveyor belt along its whole run, doubled by tables and chrome folding chairs with transparent seats. Above, a line of cream and orange cylindrical pendants hangs from a white ceiling, while the pale floor and round columns carry on the architecture of the district. Behind the counter the kitchen stays open: stacks of plates, a team in chef's hats, preparation in full view. Near the entrance, a stainless steel panel carries the Matsuri logo in orange and a refrigerated display lines up Japanese drinks and carafes. At the far end, the windows let in the light of the esplanade.
